The Himba are a people group that live in the northern plains of Namibia, along the border with Angola. The tribe does not use any written forms of communication, so all of their history and knowledge is passed on verbally. These photographs were taken when I was working for Adventist Mission and was working on a documentary. All photos are © Adventist Mission and used with permission.
